1. Service Description

AfterWe is an app that helps you record and recap your hangouts with friends. Using AI technology, we generate fun hangout summaries for you.

2. Terms of Use

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this app
  • You are responsible for the friend information and photos you add
  • Uploading illegal, pornographic, or privacy-violating content is prohibited

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • AfterWe offers a Pro subscription service with monthly and annual plans
  • Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP)
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
  • To cancel auto-renewal, go to iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Free users can use the hangout recap feature up to 3 times
  • Invitation codes can unlock additional features

4. AI-Generated Content

  • Hangout recaps are automatically generated by AI and may contain humorous or exaggerated content
  • AI-generated content does not represent an accurate description of actual events
  • You can edit or delete any AI-generated content

5. Disclaimer

  • This app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this app

6. Apple-Related Terms

  • This agreement is entered into solely between the AfterWe developer and the user
  • Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement
  • Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance and support services for this app
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no warranty obligations with respect to this app

7. Intellectual Property

  • The app's design, code, and branding belong to AfterWe
  • You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload

8. Agreement Changes

We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
